Our popular GOD : Ganesha !

Ganesha — the elephant-deity riding a mouse — has become one of the commonest mnemonics for anything associated with Hinduism.
This not only suggests the importance of Ganesha, but also shows how popular and pervasive this deity is in the minds of the masses.

Ganesha is a popular figure in Indian culture and Art.
He may be portrayed standing, dancing, heroically taking action against demons, playing with his family as a boy, sitting down or on an elevated seat, or engaging in a range of contemporary situations.

Tranzition Zones of your home : Your daugter's bedroom.

Tranzition Zones of your home : Your daugters bedroom.

As kids grow up, their tastes change drastically from day to day let alone from year to year. You can justify spending money on her bedroom by simply spending it wisely; not just by finding deals and clipping coupons, but knowing what to buy and how to use it.

Whatever your daughter’s age, remember these words of advice:
  • Avoid colors that your daughter will grow tired of

  • Purchase furniture that can be used every time you remodel

  • If you want to add something to the room that your daughter enjoys now but may not enjoy in the future, make sure that it’s inexpensive and removable

  • It’s easier to reuse items that are multi-colored, because you can pull a specific color from it to use as an accent

  • Think of your daughter’s future needs when purchasing furniture - like the bookshelf for instance, the doors were necessary as she got older, whereas they were not needed when she was younger

  • Never build something around a piece of technology. For example, building an entertainment center to fit a tube TV. Now, widescreen LCD TV’s are the new standard.

Angkor Wat Combodia : Was there an alien invansion in Ancient Era ?

Siem Reap, Cambodia Angkor Wat, the renowned 12th century Hindu temple now located in the jungles of Cambodia, is much more than the largest religious structure in the world. This Khmer temple is one of the UNESCO world heritage site.
The magnificence, structural skill and beauty of these monuments makes me think twice that how is it possible to make this with any any technology ............. or rather using manpower and elephants.............

Looking at these structures makes me think that there is something called "Chariots of God "which were landing on earth to assist humans
Was there any " alien invasion " happening in that era.
It makes me belief this documentary from History HD

Plants your friends at home !

The aura of freshness at home after a long day at work..... the feeling of someone being happy on your arrival or.... someone is waiting for you at home ....... is incomparable ................

Yes that some one are the plants at your home ......

Four benefits of having plants at home :

1) Plants Help Clean the Air. Yes, it's true! A Nasa funded study, in collaboration with the Associated Landscape Contractors of America, claims that commonly used interior plants help clean the air of harmful pollutants. For this reason, the Plants For Clean Air Council (PCAC) recommends 1 potted plant per 100 square feet. Based on this type of study, certain types of plants were found to be the most effective in removing a specific type of pollutant, such as the chemical Benzene – frequently found in paints, rubber, gasoline, and plastics – was best combated by the plant Chrysanthemum. For homes under 2,000 square feet, the study recommended at least 15 houseplants.

2)  Plants Help to Reduce Noise. This is very important if you live near a highway or a busy area. Noise can affect your health and raise your stress levels. If you live in this scenario, be sure to place some plants near windows, which allow noise to penetrate your indoor environment. Although plants do not completely reduce noise at high levels, they do absorb a percentage of it.

3)  Reduce Stress : "It may sound surprising but as little as 2 or 3 minutes in the company of plants and trees or natural environments can be enough to provide measurable stress relief!"

4) Best feng shui advice to keep in mind is to always be aware of the quality of the indoor air and do your best to improve it.

Research shows that indoor pollution is much worse than the outdoor one.

Is there a feng shui solution? Yes, there is! The best feng shui solution is to decorate your home or office with indoor plants! Below are the names of top three air-purifying plants, as defined by NASA research in the early 1980s.

BAMBOO, DUCK FLOWER ,PALM

Bring them to your Home
Bring them to your Office
Let them do their best clean the Air & Aura !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bring them to your home, bring them to your office, and let them do what they do best - clear the air and fill it with oxygen!

How To Hang And Display Art Work

A great piece of wall art can make a great room look amazing.

Finding the right pieces is important, but you also have to know where to hang each piece, how to hang them, and how to be sure you have chosen the right frame and setting. Not only should the framing match your décor, what you choose should also protect your investment.

Before you hang your framed wall art, you have to think about temperature and lighting. Art should be hung were temps are stable most of the time. If your art has a glass panel in the frame, get glass that has UV protection. This will minimize any damage that natural sunlight might do.
If you are using artificial light, make sure you ask what type of bulbs you should use. Some like to add drama to a piece of art by using a light to highlight it on the wall. This can look amazing, but use the right light for the sake of the longevity of your art. Keep the light low and safe.
If you have one large painting, you might want to give it it's own wall. A great painting of decent size should hang alone on a wall or you risk cluttering up the space. If you have two smaller ones that seem to go together, you can hang them side by side, or perhaps have one hanging a few inches higher than the other.
If they are hanging behind a sofa, for example, make sure they are put directly in the middle of the sofa to keep the room looking centred.

Try these to get a new look this time !

Bali : Land of Art & Artisians

The pride the Balinese have in their culture, and the adaptability and dynamism they have always demonstrated, is phenomenal and is something which inspires mankind.

The most amazing thing this land have its dedication and respect for Art.

In this small town of 250+ temples,there isn't a
single beggar : AMAZING right !

As the Balinese put it:

"Tourism should be for Bali instead of Bali for tourism."

This idea become national policy, as part of a larger revping of regional cultures for national purposes. The policy owes much to the former Director General of Culture (1968-1978) and Governor of Bali (1978-1988), Ida Bagus Mantra, an Indian-educated Balinese. It led, on the one side, to the creation of enclave resorts such as Nusa Dua to limit the direct impact of tourism, and on the other, to a long haul cultural policy aimed at nurturing and preserving the traditional agrarian culture while adapting it to the demands of modernity, and in particular of "cultural tourism".

Here are some glimpses form this land of rich art and architecture :

Laughing Budha : A jolly good fellow !

Perhaps as equally well known as Shakyamuni Buddha all over the world is
who is often called ‘The Laughing Buddha’, the image of a jolly good fellow with a big belly, who grins joyously from ear to ear.

His always welcome expression speaks of many of his virtues, which we whould emulate – of acceptance, understanding, kindness, abundance and contentment despite poverty, generosity, open-heartedness, magnanimity, patience, good cheer, humor…

Somewhat like a Eastern Santa.....!
