The centre, or heart, of your home is such a special place. It holds your physical energies. Everyone knows that when you don't have your health, it seems like everything else is out of balance. That's why this life situation's energy is in the center of the home. It is the only part of the home that touches the other eight areas of life on the bagua (Brahm Sthan in Vastu).
Some homes feel like there is no heart, and it usually shows in the people who live there.
I like to recommend creating an altar or a sacred space somewhere near the center of the home to make sure you have a place for your intentions for optimal health to reside.
For more help locating your health zone, the zones should be identified by advanced compasses.
Things to be introduced in Brahm Sthan (CENTER OF HOUSE):
Earth: The earth elements reign supreme in this spot, so feel free to load it up. A live plant that is growing in some fresh soil can really improve your energies for health and balance. Using a plant because it actually needs attention and nurturing. If you nurture the plant, the universe will repay you in kind.
Squares and Flat Stuff: Squares and flat items exude the energetic movement that works well in this area, so let's say a flat, square, stone coffee table would be about perfect! Mix and match with these shapes to get what feels right for you.
Religious Objects: Some people like having a reminder of the higher forces of the universe around and the center is one of the better places to put them. The religious style or symbolism doesn't matter -- the intention behind it does. If the symbol is made of jewels, much the better. (Space Raga : Vastu Purush Yantra : made of 9 jewels ).Take a note a picture of vastu purush is not required rather the 9 jewels having positive radiations should be placed in the health zone of house)
There is a powerful energy connection between three areas in your home that are related to your well-being: your bedroom, your bathroom and your kitchen.
This vastu trinity needs to be treated right, because your health is connected to it on a very deep level.
Think about how you start and how you end your day, and how many times you walk this pathway: wake up in the bedroom, off to the bathroom, breakfast in the kitchen, leave home.
The same pathway, but in a different order, happens at the end of the day. In a subtle, but powerful feng shui way, the first things you see and experience as you wake up set the energy of the day for you.
It is important to treat yourself well and take care of all the little vastu and feng shui details to make sure you encounter the most supportive energy throughout your day.
Special compasses are needed for identifying the health zones of the home, which when treated rightfully keep residents healthy and happy.
However for proper arrangement and correct placement you need professional advice.
